Terri Daunic is originally from Lancaster, Ohio, and currently resides in the beautiful and vibrant city of Tampa, Florida for the past 13 years. Terri and her late husband Pierre moved to the South Tampa area in 2010.

Prior to embarking on her successful career in Real Estate, Terri served the public through 25 years in State Government, specializing in Criminal Justice Services in Columbus, Ohio. Her extensive Government service laid the foundation for her commitment to excellence and a passion for community service.

Upon retiring from Government service, Terri further pursued accomplishments by delving in the world of professional portrait photography. With over 13 years of owning and operating her photography business, Terri has honed her skills through training with nationally and internationally acclaimed instructors. Her commitment to excellence in photography has earned her international award accreditation, a testament to her dedication to the craft.

Terri is not only an accomplished professional but also is an avid networker who finds joy in connecting with new people. Her genuine interest in others and a desire to help them achieve their dreams are evident in her dual role as a Realtor and a Professional Portrait Photographer. Terri actively engages in community building and networking.

Terri’s commitment to fostering connections and enriching the community is exemplified through her five-year tenure as a member of the Tampa Club. In this distinguished club, she served as a point person on several committees dedicated to the growth of the club but also facilitated the integration of new members who sought the vibrant lifestyle that the greater Tampa Bay area has to offer.
